Regulatory Information

The General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) regulates pharmacies and pharmacists in Great Britain, including online and distance-selling pharmacy services. Hello Pharmacy is regulated by the GPhC. We are not regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) or the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) — our services don't fall within the activities that require registration with either body.

Our registered pharmacy name is Hello Pharmacy, and our registered premises address is 49 Richford Gate, Richford Street, London W6 7HY. Our GPhC registration number is 1041447, and our NHS code is FXT03. Hello Pharmacy is owned by our registered company, Hello Pharmacy (company number 16919644). Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Kiran Karnam, personal GPhC registration number 2075997.

At any given time, a named responsible pharmacist is accountable for the safe running of our pharmacy services. A responsible pharmacist notice, including their name and GPhC registration number, is displayed at our registered premises in line with the GPhC's Responsible Pharmacist Regulations. We currently have one pharmacist, Kiran Karnam (personal GPhC registration number 2075997), who is both our Superintendent Pharmacist and our responsible pharmacist.
